We accept all insurance plans. We are contracted with Delta Dental Premier only at this time. You are invited to become a patient here. And if you are an out-of-network patient, your co-pays will be more.

2) Why doesn't my insurance cover this procedure?
Your insurance may or may not cover a particular procedure, depending on what your company has negotiated with the carrier. Insurance is only a limited benefit. It is important to listen and discuss with Dr. Comfort why the tooth requires a particular procedure and what is best for the tooth long term. Just because it is not a covered procedure does not mean that it can not be performed.

We offer a variety of ways to pay for treatment.
